What is body brushing?

Body Brushing is both stimulating and relaxing. A sisal brush is used on dry skin applying several long, upward strokes. After that, a softer brush is used on the area in the same way. This process is repeated on the back and front of the legs, the arms and the back. Then the body is massaged with oil and a wooden anti-cellulite massager.

History of body brushing
